Afshana Begum is the Principal Investigator of the AFB Materials, Devices and Circuits Laboratory at Leading University. She is currently a senior lecturer at the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Leading University. Her research interests lie in semiconductor physics, nanoelectronics, and material science. She has supervised several research projects and published several works in this area. She is proficient in Matlab/Simulink, T-CAD Simulation, AutoCAD, and Comsol. Besides this, she has supervised projects on Electrical Engineering, Control Circuit Design, Robotics and Mechatronics as well.
